Here are some links that may help you in your search for all things running…happy surfing.

Check out my blog at: http://dreaminmotion.blogspot.com/

American Running Association – An entire association for running! Now THAT’S exciting! http://www.americanrunning.org

Active.com – This site offers registration to all sorts of activities, ranging from individual to team sports. A good place to find runs and events that will be taking place near you. http://active.com/

Runner’s World – An entire magazine devoted to running! The excitement just keeps on coming. This site has some good info, but frankly I am always a bit intimidated by the runners featured. I don’t think I’ll ever look as good and fresh and happy as they do while running on the Runner’s World cover. I’ve never really felt like I am a part of the Runner’s World. But I’m perfectly content to reside in Jogger/Walker/Sometimes Known to Take a Nap on a Park Bench’s World. http://www.runnersworld.com/

Road Runners Club of America – This site has an extensive listing of running clubs throughout the country. These clubs can help you on a more personal and local level than some of the bigger organizations. Also, many of these clubs can point you in the direction of local running groups. Many people enjoy being a part of a group while they are running. Maybe it gives them comfort to know that they are not the only ones who are crazy enough to spend hours running in a big circle that, if they are successful, will lead them right back to where they stared. http://www.rrca.org/

Her Sports – This is the online version of a women’s sports magazine. It is not exclusively a running site, but it is exclusively a “move your butt, woman!” site. Which I think makes it a good link. http://www.hersports.com/

Women’s Sports Foundation – You GoGirlGo! This site features even more girls being active. The site is all about women roaring and what not, and it seems to take itself pretty seriously. But there are some inspirational articles as well as links to a hundred different sports that you should play. If you are a woman interesting in roaring and what not. http://www.womenssportsfoundation.org/
